Password Service
If you think you know your password and it does not work, it can only be one of two things - it has expired or you have forgotten it.
If you have forgotten it, you must go to a teacher at school to have it reset. Library staff and all teachers are able to do this.
The Student Password Service allows you to set a new password if:
- The password has expired (and is known/remembered) - Change Password
Enter username and previous password (will be directed to a change password window)
Enter old password and new password and repeat new password - The password you were previously using has been reset by a teacher at school - Change Password
Enter username and the reset password given to you (will be directed to a change password window)
Enter the reset password and new password and repeat new password
Note:
After a password reset, your BYOD device may not connect to the MacleansGuest network until you have used the Student Password Service to changethe temporary password to a private one - you can do this on a school computer at school or on any computer connected to the internet if you are outside school.
