Library
Macleans College has an appropriately staffed and resourced library and information centre, providing access to a wide-range of information sources.
The role of the library is as a welcoming space where a love of reading is fostered, and to enable students to be information literate and provide them with access to relevant resources. A well-stocked fiction section is provided to meet both learning and recreational reading needs.
The library is a popular place to be before and after school, as well as at interval and lunchtime, when students come in to read, print or study. Classes are regularly booked into the library to allow students to select and read books.
The library is open:
Monday – Thursday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm
Friday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm
