Top results in 2021 New Zealand Economics Competition

The 2021 New Zealand Economics Competition was held recently.
The Economics Department within the Business School at the University of Auckland organised this annual event which attracts over 1,500 students nationally.
Year 13 student Ivan Zhang (Mansfield House) placed second in the Division One competition.
The following students placed in the top 10% of participants, gaining High Distinction for their efforts: Joshua Tan (Snell), Abhinav Chawla (Snell), Tony Su (Kupe), Roger Yang (Upham), Hannah Giles (Snell) and Bradley Shen (Kupe).
In the Division Two competition Ben Hargreaves (Snell) and Helena Chee (Mansfield) also gained High Distinction.
