Top Basketballer receives National Recognition

Harrison Smith (Year 11 Snell House) has been selected in the New Zealand Under 15 age group.

This followed a day camp of 45 boys from which the top 25 in New Zealand were selected. The final team for the Oceania Qualifier to be held in Papa New Guinea in December will be announced in a few months.

Harrison has been attributed as one of the fittest at the camp, a long tall athlete who took and sought feedback well.

He has also been named Captain of the Counties-Manukau U17 team. The team hopes to qualify for the Nationals to be held in Wellington during the July holidays.
