These scholarships recognise academic excellence in secondary school study valued at $5,000.

Otago University Leaders of Tomorrow Entrance Scholarship

Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarships are selected based on a balance of academic achievement and leadership and have a value of $6,000 for one year.

Otago University Vice Chancellors Scholarship for International Students

This scholarship is available to support international students to study online at Otago providing a $10,000 contribution towards the tuition fee.

Otago University Māori Entrance Scholarship

This scholarship is intended to encourage the progression of Māori into tertiary study and is valued at $13,000 over two years.

The recipient is Bobbi Passau of Rutherford House.

Otago University 150th Entrance Scholarship

This scholarship is valued at $13,000 over two years to applicants who demonstrate academic ability.

Otago University Performance Entrance Scholarship

Established to encourage excellence in areas of performance including sport, culture, music and the arts valued at $16,000 for the first three years of study.
