Senior Prizegiving 2019

Prizegiving is a formal occasion, where as a school, we recognise the achievements of our senior students.
This year the ceremony will commence at 10.00 am on Thursday 7th November and will be held in the Barbara Kendall Gymnasium. The ceremony will last for approximately 2 hours. After the ceremony prize winners families will be invited to the staff room for light refreshments and there will be an opportunity to have official photos taken.
If your child is receiving a prize you will be notified in an email.
Senior Prizegiving is a compulsory event for all Year 12 and 13 students and Year 11 Prize winners. Students who do not attend may have their study leave revoked (exceptions are made for students with examinations on this day). All senior students will be expected at school on the 7th November at 8.35 am for form time.
Please note that on this day there will be no lessons and Year 9 and 10 students do not attend school (unless they are involved in the musical items). Senior students will be dismissed from school after the ceremony at approximately 12.30 pm.
All parents are welcome to attend and seating will be available at the front of the gym and surplus seating we be available at the back. Car parking will be at a premium so please allow plenty of time to park and be seated as we will begin at 10.00 am.
