Senior Painters Gain Inspiration

On 15 August the Macleans College senior painters visited the TSB Bank Wallace Art Collection at Pah homestead in Auckland.

There were a range of exciting exhibitions presented including significant NZ women artists in Here We Are and the Wallace portraiture awards.

This was followed by a visit to two galleries in Newmarket. The Exhibitions Gallery of Fine Art and Sanderson’s gallery where talks were given by the curators to the students.
