Second place at Puni Reo Poitarawhiti - Māori Language Netball Tournament

On Friday 20 May students from all over Tāmaki Mākaurau were invited to participate in the annual “Puni Reo Poitarawhiti” Māori Language Netball Tournament.
Held in Waitākere, the kaupapa of the day was to kōrero Māori and celebrate the Māori culture through sport.
The first Puni Reo Poitarawhiti tournament was held in 2018. Since then its popularity has grown with more than 70 teams now participating.
Macleans College finished second overall in the mixed grade senior competition.
