School opens Thursday 2 February

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

I hope you are safe and well. Our thoughts are with those families who have suffered through the recent storms.

Today the Secretary for Education lifted the Direction for schools to close.

The Macleans College campus and local roads are safe so the decision has been made to open the school for all students and staff from tomorrow (Thursday).

The schedule for Thursday 2 February is:

• Year 9 meet in the gym at 9.00 am. Parents are welcome to join the powhiri.
• Year 10 meet in House Commons at 10.30 am
• Year 11 meet in House Commons at 11.00 am
• Year 12 meet in House Commons at 9.00 am
• Year 13 meet in House Commons at 10.00 am

New students in Years 10 to 13 meet at the main office at times above.

We are looking forward to seeing our students tomorrow.
