Race Relations Commissioner visits Macleans College

The Race Relations Commissioner, Meng Foon visited Macleans College last week and spoke to senior staff and a group of students.
Meng spoke about his advocacy in the areas of education and housing. He is focused on removing barriers to education so that all young people can attend school regularly.
At the conclusion of his visit, Meng commented that he had a great conversation with the students, covering many different topics. He said the students he spoke with feel valued and belong to a great whānau.
