NCEA Business Studies Market Day

On Sunday 10 June the Level 2 NCEA Business Studies students completed a second market day at Botany Town Centre.
This is part of a major internal assessment that challenges students to create a business plan and design a product. Not only were the students exposed to a real-life business situation, but there was also an additional community context that saw the groups donating a portion of their profits to charities and other causes. The students have put in a tremendous amount of work in bringing their companies to market.
Many thanks are extended to all the members of the school community who turned out in support and the commerce teachers who guided and encouraged the students throughout the process.
