Māori Language Week Celebrated

Last week at Macleans College Māori Language Week was celebrated.
The Māori Department led a range of initiatives including a ‘Kupu o te Wiki’ (word of the week) video competition, kupu (word) hunt, quizzes and Kahoot, pronunciation videos, and to finish the week off, a Māori and Pacific Island Festival on Friday 15 September at lunch time.
The Māori Department would like to thank everyone who was involved in the week’s activities and who came to the Festival.
