Mr Luxon spent time talking to commerce students about his time at Air New Zealand, including some of the challenges he faced at the airline. He highlighted the importance of having good emotional intelligence and the value of understanding and motivating employees when leading a successful business. Mr Luxon was happy to take some challenging questions from the students at the end of the presentation.
