Meet the Business Leader 2017

Last week A Level Accounting students attended the Meet the Business Leader 2017 conference held at Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT).
Chartered accountant business leaders from various companies such as EY, Coca Cola and Villa Maria attended the conference, in addition to the CFO from MIT and Villa Maria, an auditor from EY and a business advisor from Westpac.
Each business leader undertook a ten minute presentation which covered insights about accounting, their specialised area and position. The students and business leaders discussed the vast opportunities that accounting offered young graduates.
Students who attended this conference were eager to learn more about accounting and the possible career opportunities. Being able to meet successful business leaders provided a memorable and insightful experience.
