Macleans College takes part in New Zealand ShakeOut

Staff and students at Macleans College recently took part in the New Zealand ShakeOut, a national earthquake drill and tsunami hīkoi.
ShakeOut takes place across the world to remind people of the right action to take during an earthquake. Teaching staff and students undertook a drill on 25 October, and support staff followed suit on 10 November.
Health & Safety Coordinator Mrs Rutu Vyas and Deputy Principal Mr Andrew Mackenzie provided key information to Whanau House Leaders about what to do if an earthquake was to occur.
