Macleans College swimmers attend Champion of Champions event

Seven students represented Macleans College at the Swimming Champion of Champions event held at West Wave Pool in Henderson recently.
Freya Hingston (Kupe House) achieved four medals in total. In the girls 14-15 division, she placed second in butterfly, and third in backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.
The following students also competed:
- Will Herbert (Upham) - boys 13 and under butterfly
- Taanmay Annappa (Snell) - boys 14-15 butterfly
- Daniel Loh (Te Kanawa) - boys 14-15 backstroke and freestyle
- William Huang (Mansfield) - boys 16-18 butterfly and backstroke
- Keiki Hung (Mansfield) - boys 16-18 butterfly and freestyle
- Andrew Wang (Hillary) - boys 14-15 breaststroke and freestyle
All students enjoyed a morning of great swimming and competition against other Auckland schools.
