Macleans College students recognised at College Sport Awards

The 33rd Auckland College Sport Awards were held on the evening of 23 November at Eden Park.
Of the 70,000 students who compete in the Auckland College Sport competitions or events, 200 students were recognised at the awards evening.
Macleans College had seven students selected to attend the evening.
Finn Wilson (Upham House) was recognised for his New Zealand representation at the Junior World Cycling Championships.
Danielle Asiata (Batten) was recognised for her representation in swimming at the Youth Commonwealth Games.
Josephine Zhao (Mansfield) was named the top girls badminton player and Olivia Lin (Batten) was named the top girls gymsports competitor.
Eric Lu (Rutherford) was a finalist in boys’ badminton, Ben Oxford (Kupe) a finalist in distance running, and Zoe Benson (Te Kanawa) a finalist in football.
