Macleans College students excel in Young Writers Competition

Four Year 11 Macleans College students have had their work selected for the 2017 edition of Re-Draft - the published result of an annual writing competition run by the Christchurch School for Young Writers.

The successful students are Alice Park (Rutherford House) for a poem, The Softest, Softest Place. Hayley Xie (Upham) for a poem, City Lights. Isabel Chen (Mansfield) for a script, Me and Catbot and Isabel Li (Upham), a poem Between Birthdays.

The book will be launched on 16 December.
