Macleans College Students Achieve Full Set of Medals at Olympiads

During the recent holidays a number of senior students competed in International Olympiads around the world.
The International Biology Olympiad was held at the University of Warwick in England where students from 64 countries took part. Two students won medals. Ben Zhang (Mansfield House) a Gold and Elinor Wang (Te Kanawa) a Bronze medal. Ben was ranked 26th in the world.
In the International Chemistry Olympiad held in Thailand Allen Hui (Kupe) won a Silver medal and Janice Ho (Te Kanawa) won a Bronze medal.
The success continued with William Han (Upham) winning a Bronze medal in the International Mathematics Olympiad held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
