Macleans College student to feature in 2024 Howick Lions Club calendar

Year 9 student Benjamin Chan (Upham House) placed second in the Lions Club of Howick Annual Calendar Photographic Competition for 2024.
The Lions Club of Howick were astounded by the number of entries and the level of excellence - sixty-one entries were received from six east Auckland schools.
This year the theme was “Vibrant Scenic Landscapes of East Auckland”. Benjamin’s photo is a night-time shot of the Half Moon Bay Marina.
Benjamin’s photo features in the calendar for the month of November. The calendar can be purchased on the Howick Lions Club website for $12.
