Macleans College international students attend inaugural sports tournament

A group of Macleans College international students participated in an International Sports Tournament hosted recently by Botany Downs Secondary College.
International students from Howick College, Botany Downs Secondary College and Macleans College all took part. Macleans College were represented by Jonathan Voges (Te Kanawa House), Katharina Roever (Te Kanawa), Leonardo Oliveira Sarkis (Snell), Constanze Mauser (Mansfield) and Rebecca Mauser (Mansfield).
Macleans College finished first in both events held – five-a-side football and netball. This was an outstanding performance by all students who participated. The day was a wonderful way for students to connect with other local international students.
Due to the success of the day, this tournament will likely become an annual event for short term international students.
