Macleans College Fencer Selected to Represent New Zealand in Australian Cadet Champs

Michael Purcell, 13ROOK, has been selected to represent New Zealand in both Sabre and Foil disciplines in the upcoming Australian Cadet (U17) National Championship in Perth later this year.

This selection has been well deserved as Michael’s form in both disciplines has been tremendous over the past year.

Michael is currently ranked 1st in New Zealand for U17 Sabre and 4th in U17 foil.
