Macleans College artists feature in local showcase

The East Auckland Visual Arts Showcase, organised by the Howick Youth Council, enabled students in the Howick area to exhibit their work to the public in a gallery space.
Macleans College students Sahil Padayachie (Rutherford House), Tommy Duan (Rutherford), Alex Rikys (Rutherford), Claire Phillips (Hillary), Travis Choi (Mansfield), Marco Ma (Te Kanawa), Alice Zhang (Kupe), Nora He (Batten), Armaan Buttar (Snell), Milly Liu (Hillary), Jennifer Liu (Rutherford), Sue Li (Mansfield), Thandi Siso (Kupe), Keiki Hung (Mansfield), Adelina Jones (Batten) and Mabel Zhang (Te Kanawa) were all exhibitors in the showcase.
Milly Liu was awarded first place in the digital category while Alex Rikys and Sahil Padayachie received runner up in the digital category for their collaborative moving image work.
