KFC Golf Scholarship awarded for the third consecutive year

Former Macleans College student Liv Cheng (Hillary House 2007 – 2010), who is rated New Zealand No. 3 female player has been successful in again winning the $10,000 KFC Golf Scholarship.
The aim of the award is to assist promising Kiwi women develop themselves as professional golfers. This will help her fund her attendance of the full season on the Symetra Tour this year, with the goal of finishing in the top 10 of the Official Money List. This leads then to automatic entry into the LPGA tour ranks.
The Bachelor of Arts (Hons) graduate aspires to be No.1 player in the world. Her attitude and drive has been exemplary and accordingly recognised by the New Zealand Professional Women’s Golfers Association (NZPWGA).
