Start your Wednesday mornings on the right foot with the Macleans College Run Club!

Every Wednesday morning, approximately 60 students gather for a run through the scenic paths of Macleans Park, finishing at Eastern Beach just as the sun begins to rise. It’s more than just a run—it’s a way of establishing a healthy morning routine, developing discipline and clearing your mind. Run clubs have been growing in popularity across the globe; touted as an excellent way to build relationships and connect with new people.

The essence of the club is captured by one member: ‘I love running alongside friends and feeling recharged before my day even begins.’

At Macleans College Run Club, everyone is welcome - regardless of your fitness level or running experience. Whether you're pushing yourself to improve your speed and stamina, or just looking for an easy, relaxed jog, there is space for you. The club believes in creating a space where consistency and community go hand-in-hand - showing up every week, rain or shine, is part of what makes the Run Club special.

And on some lucky mornings, you might even be treated to some post-run goodies from the Run Club executive team, adding an extra reward to make Wednesday mornings even sweeter!
