International Mathematical Olympiad

We would like to congratulate our 3 Macleans College students, who have been selected as part of the thirteen top students in the New Zealand International Mathematical Olympiad training squad.

  • William Han - Year 12 (Upham House) 
  • Jasmine Zhang - Year 11 (Hillary House) 
  • Rick Han - Year 10 (Snell House)

The final team of six students to represent New Zealand at the International Mathematical Olympiad in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in July will be announced in April.

All three students attended the residential training camp held at the University of Auckland last month.
