Impressive Scholarship results by Macleans College students

Recently the 2018 NZQA Scholarship results were released. Macleans College students were awarded a total of 141 Scholarships including 17 at Outstanding level.

Yang Fan Yun (Snell House) achieved ten Scholarships of which five were at Outstanding level. He has been recognised as a Premier Scholar, of which there are only ten awarded nationally. The award is worth $30,000.

William Han (Upham) achieved six Scholarships of which two were at Outstanding level and has been recognised as an Outstanding Scholar. This award is worth $15,000.

Eleven other students were awarded three or more scholarships and will receive awards worth $6,000 each. They are:
