Geography Quiz Competition

Two Macleans College teams recently competed in the Auckland Geography Quiz competition held against 24 other schools at St Cuthbert’s College.
The competition was made up of seven rounds. The Macleans College A Team was in first place for the majority of the evening until the last round whereby Mt Albert Grammar caught up. This led to a tie breaker round where Macleans College finished in second place.
The Macleans College A team were: Amber Peek (Snell House), Caoimhe Gormley (Hillary), Sarah Knott (Batten) and Sabrina Snoad (Rutherford).
