Former student achieves yachting excellence

Former Macleans College student Justina Kitchen (nee Sellers) (Upham House 2003 – 2007) has been named Zhik Female Sailor of the Year at the 2020 Volvo Yachting Excellence Awards.
Justina received the award following her achievements in Kite Foiling. In 2019 Justina won bronze with team-mate Lukas Walton-Keim in the mixed team’s relay at the European Kite Foiling Championships.
Justina is a highly competent windsurfer and kite boarder. Her long-term target is the 2024 Paris Olympics where Kite Foiling will be contested for the first time.
