ESOL Business students visit Extreme Edge Rock Climbing

Posted on November 10, 2017

At the end of Term 3 ESOL senior business students visited Extreme Edge Rock Climbing in Glen Eden.

The students enjoyed a presentation by the owner Mr Darren Worsfold about how the business evolved and the challenges he had faced. This provided the students with information related to their business studies course.

Many of the students were nervous to try to climb the walls but by the end of the day all of them had faced their fears and climbed at least one or more of the rock walls.

Extreme Edge Rock Climbing Glen Eden was designed and built entirely by Mr Worsfold. He is an avid supporter of Starship Hospital and stages events to donate to this cause.

This was a worthwhile experience that was enjoyed by all the students.
