East Auckland Zonta Award

Year 13 student Sara Khatau (Hillary House) was presented with Zonta’s prestigious Young Women in Public Affairs Award on Friday 27 October.

Janet Hope, New Zealand Zonta Governor, presented Sara with the award at the Zonta East Auckland Annual Awards ceremony.

This award is to recognise leadership skills and commitment to public service and civic causes. Zonta International is a leading global organisation of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy.

Zonta East Auckland wish Sara well as this nomination will now be forwarded to national level.
