Debating Success

Zachary Wong 13DXB, Deputy Head Boy at Macleans College has been selected at the Russell McVeagh Auckland Debating Champions recently to represent Auckland as a member of the Auckland Regional debating team at the Debating National Championship.

These will be held next month in Wellington. Zachary, who is a member of the Premier Advanced Debating team was also selected as the speaker of the tournament at the ASD Seasonal Debating tournament on 26 February. This event attracted over 90 speakers from 30 teams.
