Auckland Individual and Doubles Badminton Championship 2019

On Tuesday 13 August, sixteen players competed in the Auckland Individual and Doubles Badminton Championship.
The tournament, held at Gillies Avenue Auckland Badminton Hall, consisted of a range of singles and doubles games at both Junior (under 16) and Senior (under 19) level.
Rachel Li (Rutherford House) and Janice Jiang (Kupe) were runners up in the Senior Girls’ Doubles. Guang Hao Fan (Rutherford) and Daniel Yang (Snell) won the Junior Boys’ Doubles.
The results are well deserved given the strenuous nature and high standard of this competition.
