Animation Success for Macleans College student

Year 12 student Isabel Li (Upham House) recently came second in the Light and Dark Secondary School Character Competition. 

This is the largest student animation character design competition in New Zealand for Years 11-13.

The students were invited to create a character that displayed two contrasting emotions (one ‘light’ and one ‘dark’).  The competition was judged by some of New Zealand’s top creative leaders and was sponsored by Animation College and Yoobee School of Design.
