Macleans College is looking for an experienced Mathematics Teacher. The position will include teaching senior classes of Year 12 and Year 13 Mathematics. The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching these senior classes and be prepared to teach more advanced courses, including Scholarship Calculus and/or Scholarship Statistics.
The role:
- Responsible for teaching and educating all levels of students, especially Year 12 and 13, in a variety of curriculum topics
- Develop engaging lesson plans
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences
- Contribute to team dynamics in the Math department and House whanau

Learning Support Assistant
Full-time Assistant – 25 hours a week
9.00 am – 3.15 pm daily
Five days per week (term time only)
Start date: By negotiation (initially fixed term for one year)
We are looking for an enthusiastic new member to join our team to provide support for students with special educational needs. This can involve working in a classroom situation with individuals/small groups or giving additional support to students in our learning support centre. Suitable candidates will enjoy working with students in the 13-18 age range and be committed and flexible to support students with high needs and those who have alternative ways of learning.
